These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Out of the Jewel Box Experience ("OJB Experience," "we," "us," or "our") and each attendee ("you" or "your") participating in the OJB Experience, scheduled to take place on February 1-3, 2024, at the Tucson Scottish Rite Cathedral located at 160 S Scott Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85701.

1. Attendee Responsibilities

By registering for and attending the OJB Experience, you agree to the following:

1.1 Respect for Exhibitors:

Attendees shall conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner towards exhibitors, sponsors, organizers, and fellow attendees.

Any form of solicitation or activity that may interfere with the business of exhibitors is strictly prohibited.

1.2 No Competing Activities:

Attendees shall not engage in activities that compete with the products, services, or business interests of the exhibitors during the OJB Experience.

2. Solicitation and Marketing

2.1 Prohibited Activities:

Attendees are expressly prohibited from engaging in any form of solicitation, marketing, or promotion that may compete with the products or services offered by exhibitors. Unauthorized distribution of promotional materials is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Exhibitor Interaction:

Attendees are encouraged to engage with exhibitors within the designated exhibition areas and during scheduled networking sessions.

3. Violation Consequences

3.1 OJB Experience Organizer's Rights:

The OJB Experience Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate action against any attendee found in violation of these terms, including but not limited to expulsion from the event without refund.

3.2 Expulsion from the Event:

Attendees found in violation will be asked/told to leave the OJB Experience immediately.

3.3 Damages and Liability:

Attendees found in violation may be held liable for any damages incurred by exhibitors or other attendees as a result of their actions.

4. Exhibitor Privileges (Tier 2)

4.1 Tier 2 Exhibitors:

Attendees who pay to exhibit and sign up with the event organizers as Tier 2 exhibitors will have the privilege of exhibiting in a private, designated area away from other attendees.

4.2 Designated Area:

The designated area for Tier 2 exhibitors will be determined by the OJB Experience Organizer.

5. Liability Disclaimer

5.1 No Liability for Loss or Damage

The OJB Experience Organizer is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to attendees, their property, or exhibitor materials during the OJB Experience.

6. Force Majeure Clause

6.1 Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events, the OJB Experience Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event without liability.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Safe and Inclusive Environment:

Attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that ensures a safe and inclusive environment, emphasizing respectful behavior and non-discrimination.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership and Usage:

Any intellectual property shared or presented during the event remains the property of the respective owners and cannot be used without permission.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 Data Collection and Sharing:

Attendee data will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with the OJB Experience privacy policy. The OJB Experience Organizer may share attendee data with sponsors or exhibitors as outlined in the privacy policy.

10. Agreement Acceptance

10.1 Acknowledgment and Compliance: - By registering for the event, attendees acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

11. Emergency Procedures

11.1 Safety Measures: - Attendees are required to familiarize themselves with the emergency procedures and evacuation plans relevant to the event venue.

12. General

12.1 Modifications:

The OJB Experience Organizer reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Attendees are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.

By registering for and attending the OJB Experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
