As a Tier 2 Exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to set up appointments in our designated meeting area.

Discounted Rates: Enjoy cost-effective pricing for Tier 2 exhibitors, ensuring a high return on investment.


Designated Appointment Area: Tier 2 exhibitors will have access to a designated appointment area, separate from the general lounge area and Tier 1 exhibitors, ensuring the necessary privacy and security during your meetings.


Tier 2 Pricing and Booking Details:


Cost: TBD


Duration: Maximum of 2 days.


Time Slots: A maximum of 4 hours per day, either booked as 4 consecutive hours or 2 slots of 2 hours.


Terms and Conditions for Tier 2 Exhibitors:


Appointment Area: Tier 2 exhibitors are allocated a designated appointment area within the event. It is expected that exhibitors book appointments prior to their allotted time slot, as soliciting or marketing of one's company is not allowed outside of the booked appointments.


Payment Terms: Full payment for the Tier 2 exhibitor package is due at the time of registration.


Event Rules and Regulations: All exhibitors must adhere to the event rules and regulations outlined in the Terms & Conditions, which would be agreed upon at the time of registration.


Refund Policy:  Upon receipt of payment, refunds will not be issued, as the OJB Experience will have allocated dedicated time and space for your participation.
